**Affordable Framing Tip - Take your fine art print to a frame shop (such as Michael's) and ask the framer to mat it to fit an off-the-shelf, standard frame (for example, take this 12x18" print and have it matted to fit a standard 18x24" frame).

This gives you choices:  You get to buy a standard (ie, cheaper!) frame that you love. Then, you can decide whether to leave some white space showing around the print, or mat it right up to the edge of the artwork! Simple mats are inexpensive, and then you just pop your now-matted print into the frame you've selected! Easy peasy!
